TabTrade - What Traders Should Know

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade opened in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.

That last detail is relevant. It says the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still better than someone with no brokerage experience.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: FX, indices, metals, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is not narrow.

Platforms

You get: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can sit under half a pip. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade does not.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not for typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is the area where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform run a much wider range.

Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Pair those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get makes sense. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Now, the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your assessment.

The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether that makes sense depends on you.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade has a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before funding.

The complete breakdown, including regulation, withdrawals, pricing, more info and read moretab trade the bonus terms, is at Trade The Day.
